Misturar bem as farinhas, o sal, a pimenta e o fermento ou o bicarbonato. Adicionar a água da cozedura( substitui por caldo de frango) até obter uma textura semelhante ao polme, se ficar muito liquido, juntar um pouco mais de uma das farinhas, adicionar o bacalhau( frango) desfiado e os restantes ingredientes. Misturar bem e fritar pequenas porções da massa, numa frigideira antiaderente com uma colher de sopa de óleo de coco, ou levar ao forno a 180 graus cerca de 20 minutos, virar ao fim de 10 minutos.</div>
